About Station House

Station House Concerts is group of volunteer musicians and music lovers who are passionate about bringing live music to private homes and gardens in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

Donations

All proceeds from donations go directly to the artists we host. Station House Concerts covers costs related to these private events and we do not reimburse ourselves for those costs. Again, our interest is about a love of music and support for artists.

Donations are requested, amounts are suggested…don’t hesitate to offer less or more! We want everyone to feel welcome and we want our guest artists to be paid for their time, travel and the music they share.

About RSVP's

We know it’s hard to set plans in advance…we are grateful for your RSVP for a few reasons. Our venues are private homes, not businesses. We post only the host’s city and later, when attendees RSVP, the address is sent via text. There are capacity limits in some settings and when you RSVP we are able to ensure we have space for you as well as enough chairs and refreshments. Additionally, the RSVP facilitates our identity as a private rather than commercial endeavor.

Bring Your Own

When we are outside in the garden, we invite you to bring your own lawn chair. If you don’t have one, no worries, we have a few extras on hand. We always have bottled water for you and you are welcome to bring coolers with beverages to the garden events. Some private home settings provide snacks, beverages, or potluck opportunities.

Station House Concerts got its name from the location of the outside garden venue at Lawrence Lambert’s home behind a service station in Port Orchard. Lawrence’s dream was to create a listening room environment under the stars in his beautiful garden.

Station House Concerts has now expanded to numerous homes and venues from Port Orchard through the Greater Gig Harbor area. After you RSVP you will receive a confirmation response. Look carefully at the site location for each concert.
